Acceptable Use Policy

You are here: Home / Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the IpSharkk network: free users, Premium users, and the business customers and partners to whom we provide network access. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using IpSharkk or the network, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Prohibited uses

You may not use IpSharkk or the network to:

The shared network

The free version makes your device part of the IpSharkk network, and traffic from other users, Premium users, and our business customers and partners may be routed through your connection. Everyone who accesses the network, including our business customers and partners, is required to use it lawfully and in accordance with this policy. As a free user whose connection carries this traffic, you are not responsible for third-party traffic that the network routes through your connection in compliance with this policy; responsibility for the parties to whom we provide access rests with them and with us, not with you.

Consequences of violations

We may suspend or terminate access for any account or customer that violates this policy, at any time and with or without notice, and may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing offending traffic and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing IpSharkk or the network, please report it to [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of IpSharkk after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
