This page explains how billing works for the IpSharkk Premium subscription, how to cancel, and our refund policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Subscription and renewal
- Premium is $7.99 per month. You can pay by PayPal (including major credit and debit cards) or by cryptocurrency through CoinPayments.
- When you pay by PayPal, the subscription renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel.
- Cryptocurrency payments through CoinPayments are a one-time payment for a single month and do not renew automatically.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term. From your PayPal account:
- Log in to PayPal, then open Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments (or Transaction Details → Cancel Subscription).
- Select IpSharkk and cancel the subscription.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Premium features until the end of the current billing period. If you paid with cryptocurrency through CoinPayments, there is nothing to cancel, as that payment covers a single month and does not renew.
